We’re so glad you’ve found our website. Whoever you are, wherever you come from: you belong here. We’d love to see you soon at one of our Sunday morning in-person services. Check out the information on this page to get a feel for what to expect and to help you plan your visit, should you decide to come in person. If you’d rather engage with church from the safety of your home, we encourage you to do so by tuning in LIVE at storyheights.online.church. Whether in-person or online, we can’t wait to meet you and help you take your story to new heights.
Church Done Differently
We are a church that exists to connect your story to God’s story, so that he can take your story to new heights.

If Sunday will be your first time at StoryHeights Church, we’re excited and can’t wait to meet you! We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to leave time for parking and being ushered to your seat. You can expect a 60-minute service with starting with live music where a talented group of vocalists and instrumentalists will lead everyone in a few songs. If this is unfamiliar to you, please don’t be concerned. After the music, you’ll hear a relevant and life-giving message from the Bible by one of our lead pastors or a member of our teaching team. Every week we have new attendees (just like you) join us for the first time, and we won’t call you out or embarrass you. So don’t worry, you’re not alone!
Due to the COVID-19, we’ve made major adjustments to the flow of our Sunday Morning Services. We’re making the health and safety of our members and visitors our top priority. See below for some of the safety measures we’ve put in place:
- Until further notice, we will not be serving any coffee and have closed our cafe bar.
- Signs mandating the wearing of masks as well as directing the flow of traffic will be posted through the building.
- Masks will be required for all adults (masks for children will be at the parent’s direction) and worn by all volunteers except for those singing and speaking.
- Ushers will seat your party upon entry, and all attendees who are not apart of the same household will be sat 6 feet apart.
- Sanitizing stations will be made readily available. In addition, staff will clean and disinfect all common surfaces before and after service.
- Children’s and Youth ministry will only be operating during the 9:00 service.

What to Expect
The Service
At StoryHeights you’ll experience a stress-free environment with a service that lasts no longer than 90 minutes. You can wear whatever makes you comfortable. There’s no dress code. You’ll hear incredible music and a practical and inspirational sermon/homily that you’ll be able to immediately apply to your everyday life.
Kids
If you have children, they will have a blast in our SH Kids rooms. All the kids have fun in a safe and secure classroom designed in a clean and contemporary way. They’ll sing, dance, laugh and play all while learning virtues and how to love themselves.
Youth
We even have an environment for your middle and high school students in a relaxed atmosphere. There’s donuts, gaming, fun and cool young adult leaders to ignite a relationship with Christ, and partner with you to continue the conversation on self-respect, love for all people, and how to resist peer pressure.
We'd Love to Meet You
We can’t wait to meet you and will go above and beyond to meet your every need while you’re with us. We are fully handicap-accessible and welcome everyone.
FAQs
Do people have to tithe/give?
The teaching of giving at StoryHeights is identical to the teaching of most evangelical Christian churches around the world and across many denominations, as it is based on Scripture. Furthermore, all Christian churches receive financial offerings and rely on these to function. All giving at StoryHeights Church is discretionary and while we believe in the biblical principle of ‘tithing’ (giving a percentage of income to God through the ministry of the local church) no one is told they “have to” tithe, ever pressured to tithe or even to give at all. We call the offering a ‘free will’ offering for a reason – and many people let the offering containers pass them by without contributing anything.
How is Pastor Tyler Tullos paid?
Pastor Tyler Tullos is paid a salary determined by the StoryHeights Church Compensation board, as are all of our church staff. His salary is determined independently – a decision that he is not a part of.
Am I required to become a member?
We believe one of the greatest opportunities for spiritual growth is to not just attend a church service, but rather to commit yourself to a local church body in community, service, and relationship. We do have a formal membership assimilation process in place for those desiring this type of relationship with the local church; however, it is not a requirement for participation in our ministry or to attend our services. You will have the opportunity to place formal membership through our Growth Track Ministry. You are, however, welcome to attend, serve and participate with all volunteers as a non-member if you feel membership is not right for you at this time.
What is StoryHeights’ doctrine of beliefs?
Our statement of belief may be found on our Our Beliefs page.
