Serve50 is a movement to activate 50 new leaders who will step into key roles at StoryHeights Church. These roles will help shape the future of our church as we move into our new building and prepare for all the souls God will send us to connect their story to His story. Serve50 is about building a stronger, healthier church by raising up leaders who will carry the vision and mission of StoryHeights and lead us into our new home and next chapter.
Serve50 is open to everyone who is actively attending StoryHeights Church and feels called to step into God's call. Whether you've served before or are new to the team, we believe that everyone has a role to play in shaping the future of our church.
The DISC assessment is a personality tool that helps us understand how God has wired you. It provides insight into your natural leadership style, strengths, and areas of gifting. By understanding your DISC profile, we can match you to the right role that aligns with your unique design and calling. It only takes 7 minutes to complete!

Once you submit your DISC results, we will review them and send you personalized role recommendations that align with your strengths and spiritual gifts. From there, you'll be invited to join the Serve50 Movement and take part in the first ever Leadership Summit.
The Leadership Summit is a one-day event on January 31, from 9 am to 2 pm, where we will anoint and commission the first 50 people into greater leadership. This event will be a powerful day of worship, training, and vision for what God is doing at StoryHeights. It's a time to connect with other leaders, receive prayer, and step into your new role as a leader.
At the Leadership Summit, we will:
Anoint and commission you to serve in your new leadership role.
Equip you with tools and training to step confidently into your role.
Spend time in worship and prayer, as we align our hearts for the work ahead.
This will be an empowering and inspiring day as we prepare to launch into 2026!
We understand that not everyone can serve on Sundays and that's okay! Serve50 roles are flexible, and we are looking for people who can commit to the right frequency that works with your schedule. Whether it’s serving once a month, 15 minutes a day, or leading a midweek small group, we can find a role that fits your availability.
Once you’ve received your role recommendations and feel led to serve, simply respond to the email and you’ll receive all the details for the Leadership Summit and your next steps.
Absolutely! Serve50 is about calling people into new heights with God — even if you don’t feel ready yet. God has placed gifts in each of us, and this journey can look different for everyone. We will walk alongside you every step of the way, providing training, support, and prayer as you step into your role.

If you’re unable to attend the Leadership Summit, we’ll work with you to ensure you still have the opportunity to get involved in Serve50 and be activated into serving. However, we strongly encourage your participation, as the summit is a powerful moment of commissioning and prayer for your leadership journey.
